International Trade Law: Seminar

In this semester, we will conduct collaboration works with the WTO Research Center of NTU College of Law. Possible topics include some investment issues, certain trade negotiation issues, trade aspect of certain environmental agreements, and trade aspects of national health insurance system, etc.
Specific issues of discussion will be further finalized when the semester starts. We will discuss the scope of our works in the first week of the semester.
Please note that classes will be conducted in English. Participants will be required to do extensive written works, which will also be prepared only in English. Participants need to prepare submissions on a regular basis and to actively engage in class-discussions.
